At Grove Collaborative, we want you to love your home and the products in it. If you are not completely satisfied with your sustainable essentials, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Grove account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or replace.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our returns portal to ensure your package is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
